The person who answers the phone is the person responsible for the work. That is the whole point of an owner-operated company.
The seal says restore, renew, rebuild. The work is residential remodeling in Central Alabama — not a franchise, and not a handyman route.
Phoenix Restoration LLC is run by Jessy Jeter. We are based in Verbena and Clanton, in Chilton County, Alabama, and we also keep an Autauga County home base. From there we cover ten counties, county-wide: Chilton, Autauga, Elmore, Shelby, Bibb, Coosa, Dallas, Perry, Lowndes, and Montgomery.
The work is bathrooms, paint and trim, decks and porches, roofs, flooring labor inside a remodel, and renovations that need more than one trade. We show up when we say we will, explain the job in plain language, and leave the house better than we found it.
Towns you will hear us mention — Marbury, Jemison, Thorsby, Maplesville, Prattville, Selma, and others — are places inside those counties. Mentioning a town is not the same as having a shop there.

Walk the job
We look at the house. Hours are Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM Central. Weekends by appointment.

Agree on scope
You hear what is included before work starts. No surprise category change mid-job.

Build and finish
We schedule it and complete it. Photos of past work are on the services page.
How to pay
Cash or check only. Checks are payable to Phoenix Restoration LLC. We do not take cards.
A different company uses a similar name. Phoenix Restoration Services in Mobile, Alabama (phoenixrest.com) is not us. If you meant that business, this is the wrong site. We are Phoenix Restoration LLC, at phoenixrestoration.net, serving the ten counties listed on our service area page.
