We are a residential remodeler based in Verbena and Clanton. The list below is the work we take on. Each service has a real project photo placed next to the trade it matches; captions describe the work shown without promising the same scope for every house.

Bathroom remodels

Updates and fuller remodels for residential bathrooms. The scope depends on the room: sometimes it is fixtures and finishes, sometimes the room needs more than one trade before it is actually done.

Paint and trim

Interior paint with real prep, plus trim repair inside and out. The goal is a finished house, not a quick coat over problems.

Decks and porches

New decks and porches, and repair when boards, rails, stairs, or the frame have worn out. Built for regular use in Central Alabama weather.

Roof repair and replacement

Residential roofs, from a leak we can trace and repair to a full replacement when repair is no longer the right fix. We say which one we recommend after we look. We do not promise insurance outcomes.

Floors and finish labor

Flooring work that belongs inside a remodel: take-up, install, and the subfloor repairs that show up once the old floor is open. We do the labor. We are not a flooring showroom.

Multi-trade renovations

Some rooms need more than one trade before they are done — a bath that also needs paint and flooring, or a kitchen update with cabinets, surfaces, and the finish work around them. You deal with one local contractor for the scope.
